Your brain is your STRONGEST MUSCLE, so why do most people train their bodies before they train their brains?
Why do we use exercise as an easy way to de-stress instead of first mastering our MINDS to be able to handle stress?

CALL TO ACTION: cut your workout time in half. Spend 1/2 the time working out and the other half working on yourself. Journaling, quite time, quiet walks, meditation, prayer, etc. Something so you can be one with your thoughts.
